Absolutely love the couch and the quality is good. Some of the assembly was frustrating at times and one of the legs was bent, but I made it work.

It is always risky to purchase furniture online. I like how low to the ground this sofa is. The back cushions are too full and the seat cushions are thinner than expected. The seat portion of this sofa is webbing, not solid ‘wicker/rattan’. For the cost to replace the cushions with something more substantial, I wish I would have spent a bit more money for something that that would be more suitable.

Very disappointed in the pillows, not firm at all, cheap! I wouldn't order this kinda thing online ever again. Not happy! Not to happy with the service either. Might return the whole thing.

We love this set! The price was right and it seems to be very durable - but we’ve only had it a short time. We have it under a covered deck. Love that you can take cushion covers off and wash them. It is a little smaller than I imagined, (even though we measured) but still comfy and good for 2 adults to lounge. Color of cushions true to picture and I’d buy it again. We will be putting Velcro in ottoman cushions to keep them put as they don’t attach.

This couch looked good, but was really small in size, my husband hated how low to the ground it was!

A year later still obsessed with my sofa, I just wish the cushions were sewn onto the ottoman parts though since they fall off all the time

Love the size and look, but the cushions are awful. Scratchy and all bunched up inside. I replaced with my own pillow inserts and that has made it much better. The seating is a little low to the ground, and theres not a lot of room on the seats because the back cushions are so big. I purchased the side table with it also which is very nice.

Re: Assembly - I set up half of it by myself only using the tools provided with the instructions, and it was do-able but irritating (using the janky "wrench" was sooo slow). Then my wife joined me and we used our own socket wrench and it only took 10 more minutes to finish assembling it. If you have your own socket wrench, it will be a breeze. Re: Quality / specs - Cushions are a nice thickness to make this a comfy, cozy outdoor sofa - perfect for lounging. However, the seat depth is lacking a bit. I'm a smaller framed woman and I usually remove the back cushions if I want to lie across the sofa head to toe. Otherwise it feels too narrow with the thick back cushions in place. Not a deal breaker, but a consideration if you're bigger-boned and want to nap on this sofa. The move-able foot stool is an awesome feature - it doubles as an extra seat if you have guests over. It would be nice if the cushions had some sort of velcro/tie to be secured to the frame, but they stay in place decently without it. All in all I highly recommend this product.

We love this couch! We have only had it a short time but it seems to be holding up well. I find the cushions to be more than sufficient and comfortable. We have a toddler that likes to throw them all on the floor and jump around and it’s held up fine. We got a cover to protect the cushions from the rain and haven’t had a problem with them getting soaked at all, but I listened to everyone’s warnings about leaving them out in the rain. The cushions aren’t super soft but I think that’s fine and they break in with time. We have the ottoman but it’s not pictured because a piece was missing and we delayed putting it together. Wayfair was awesome and sent out the missing piece right away. Definitely use your own tools if you can to put this together, we used my husbands drill with an Allen key bit that worked well. Some holes had to be tightened by hand because of the positioning but it took about hour all in (I love to put together furniture and this wasn’t a heavy lift at all). It’s easy, the parts make sense by just looking at the photos. The seating height is fine, not too low to the ground, but not like sitting in a chair. The color is neutral and modern and exactly what I was looking for. Perfect for our terrace! Compact but fits three comfortably. I will do something about the cushion on the ottoman which slips around, but overall really pleased!

Love!! Easy to put together and very comfortable to sit on. Looks great on outdoor patio. Even ordered 3 more pieces to go with it.
