This has been a game changer for our patio. I had a company come out and give me a quote for a custom shade and it was more than we wanted to spend. This was the perfect compromise. Easy to install and works perfectly.

I would love to review this motorized awning but have yet to receive it. The awning has been back ordered twice so hopefully this time it will be shipped soon. I wanted it to be installed before winter to block the neighbors view into our backyard. The main reason I ordered was having a remote control available.

The delivery experience for this product was extremely disappointing. Despite making arrangements for installation, the excessively long delivery time frame prevented timely installation. Although it was initially communicated that delivery would take 3 weeks, the actual duration turned out to be a frustrating 2 months. Additionally, the condition of the box upon arrival was unacceptable, as it was severely damaged. Fortunately, the product itself appears to be undamaged.

So happy with our shade. Reducing the impact of the west sun, just as we hoped it would. Pre purchase evaluation caused me to overlook the use of guide cables on the sides, but even installing just one, we have had no issues. Pay close attention to the installation instructions. The brackets this hangs on have a set screw that is vital for stability.

We love this shade! Our porch faces west, so the hot sun would keep us from eating dinner outside. The shade runs smooth, and looks great! A little expensive, but definitely worth it for us. My husband and the neighbor unpackeged and put it up in about 45 minutes! Shipping was VERY slow. That part was disappointing. Overall, very happy!
