Purchased x4 numbered tiles (my street numbers) and a horizontal metal frame just like the picture shows. Delivery took 3 weeks or so, and received “Vertical metal frame”!! Wrong frame was delivered to me. I have been calling customer service for 60days (called 4 times) and they are still finding a way to solve the problem. They cannot get me the correct item, nor accept my RGA of my entire purchase (frame n tiles) I hope to see solution soon !!

2 tiles were one white color and 2 were a more beige-white color, even though I ordered all 4 tiles at the same time. They are on the house wall and the mismatch is evident, and my son noticed right away when he came home. I used them anyways but thought others should be aware of that major color inconsistency. Other than that, the tiles are nice.

They are just what I was looking for. Will be cemented into the front of a brick mailbox I'm having built. I know it will look dynamite and different from the everyday ordinary mailbox.
