Delivery was prompt. Some minor confusion with UPS delivery procedures was resolved quickly and efficiently. The BBQ arrived in excellent condition. Assembly of shelves and wheel assembly were straight-forward and instructions were adequate. I've used the BBQ 4 times now, and the only issue I've encountered is that it needs to be sheltered from the wind. Any moderate breeze will cause the burners to go out. Aside from that, the BBQ works well. I was able to achieve temperatures in the 'sear zone' of 400-450 F in outdoor temperatures hovering just below freezing. This is my 2nd Napoleon product. They make quality products and provide excellent warranties. Highly recommend.
