The product itself works well (so far) and is accurately described. My complaint is that the product is covered in tiny shards of fiberglass that you cannot see. After assembling, my husband, daughter and I had fiberglass embedded in our hands for days. It was terrible. This is a problem that needs to be addressed by the company. Until it's resolved, either look elsewhere or wear very thick gloves while handling!
