I have had a bad experience. I ordered two signs. One that was 495 and the other 491. First order received TWO 495 signs. Spoke to customer service. one returned. Second order: another 495 received. Spoke to customer service. Returned Third order: Another received: 495! They seem incapable of getting the order correct. Customer service has done nothing except promise to have “management” look into the problem. This was my first and maybe my last experience with WayFair.
