Very disappointed. Had high hopes since my mom has had a plywood set for years and it's quality. Struggled with the idea of spending so much but decided it would be worth it for a quality set that would last for years. Well, that thought was ended the first time we sat on the couch. First off, assembly was a breeze. I completed by myself in a few hours, taking my time because it was extremely hot. But the next morning, went out to have coffee, husband sat on couch, leaned forward to pick up his cup and we heard a pop. He joked about my shotty work putting it together but when we looked we saw it was the prefabricated piece that had broke. IDK if it's just glued together there but it was not strong enough for him to lean forward to grab his coffee. Now, he isn't a tiny guy but he's not huge either, weighes about 220 so in my mind this "quality" furniture should be able to support that. Not sure what kind of customer service help we can get since I am not disassembling everything to send back. Just very surprised and disappointed in Polywood. Doesn't seem to be the quality it once was.

Beautiful! The color complements my house color and cushions reflect pool color. Comfortable and easy to maintain especially by the ocean . Love it! Waiting for dining set that matches it.

Amazing quality! This is not only a beautiful set it is extremely comfortable.

It looks good. Some holes were hard to lineup when putting together. The cushions are a greige color, set is darker than “teak”.

The Polywood Oxford 6-piece lounge sofa set is very nice quality. Assembly was very easy. An extra set of hands would be helpful when putting the couch together. Very happy with the purchase, nice addition to our patio.
