Arch Hanging Plaque

I really love this! There was an issue in the ordering where there wasn’t space to write “Street” so the first item arrived with our street number and name only (eg 50 Main instead of 50 Main St). Customer service was very helpful and we got a replacement with no other cost.

The sign arrived earlier than expected which was a pleasant surprise. But once I opened the package, I was soooo disappointed. All of the letters were uneven, different sizes, and the W on both sides of the sign was horrible. They both look very sloppy. Unlike the “K” on the sign, it appears they used the wrong sized tool to make the letter and then tried to paint over their mistakes.

Great product and fast turnaround.

First off, this item took over 6 weeks to arrive. They kept changing the status from original delivery to delayed and then finally back ordered. But I thought since it is custom made surely it must be worth the wait. I was sadly wrong. Arrived today and so disappointed in the quality and poor craftsmanship. Over zealous with the router leaving gauge in the metal and letters are not equal heights. Total waste of money.
