Originally when it arrived I was very pleased. Within 3 months on one side, the black background began to peel. Within 3 months the other side, which is the street side of the plaque, began to peel. We will have to replace because it just looks tacky.

Our sign turned out even better than I expected, and it makes our little house on the suburbs feel like an estate . Classy, easy to install, and a great alternative to those peel on address stickers for the mailbox

After just 4 months the paint on my sign is peeling off. I'm hopeful that the seller will do the right thing and either refund or replace this item.

Love it! I was able to hang it with hooks made for siding even though this is Billie Board siding.

Looks great out front, much more heavy duty and high class than I imagined. True to size and color. Item came with a small amount of finish peeling from just the hooks (sign is fine), but it does not detract from the looks overall.
