The plaque is really nice and good quality. Getting it to me was the problem. got notice when to expect it and then another change in date followed by another change in date. very poor communication. easy going person but big on communication. each time calling customer service was always given different status or different ship date. only gave a 2 star because of issues with delivery. Product is well made just expect a long delivery time if you order it.
