The hardware and the actual components that join together are faulty. Step one can’t even be completed, unless you own a tool that threads the metal the receive the bolts. Cannot be assembled without extranuous toolsand effort to properly build the item. Super disappointing and horrible waste of money. Attached are examples of the threading that *isnt* there. Make sure you waste money on buying thread taps, bits, and burning out your drill.

Assembly was pretty straight forward and I altered the uprights to be taller for my specific application. Utilized 2 louvered pergolas I bolted together.

Love this pergola, definitely elevated our backyard. The size is great and the shutters are so nice to adjust. Wish I would have known the color was gray, couldn’t find the color in the description. Overall, happy with the purchase.

Very responsible seller, answered all Qs and addressed all concerns in a timely manner. You will need at least 2 people to build and this item comes in 7 total boxes! Also, pay attention to the measurements VERY CAREFULLY. I would suggest also reviewing the blueprint measurements in the instruction manual linked in the item description in case there are discrepancies and your patio cannot afford more than 6 inches of movement like mine. Overall, quality is great but just note that it is slightly shorter than the ones you find at Mirador but about 6in
