High quality/functionality for an excellent price. Other similar umbrellas I was considering were at least double the cost.

I Cannot find a base plate. Wayfair doesnt have it. I couldnt find it. It is too expensive of an umbrella to not have the base that is a necessary component.

Purple leaf umbrellas are great. We already have the base. We live on Lake Erie so weather and winds affect all outdoor furniture and umbrellas. Purple leaf rocks!

Bought it March 23 2023 , only lower umbrella when high winds expected maybe 3 times a year so have lowered it 6 times , stays out year around , crank has broken can’t get it up until new crank , have contacted the company in Canada. They’ve been very quick and nice to get back but they’re saying it’s on backordered and I’ve read some reviews. Said that they’ve been waiting on a part for six months. This is not acceptable !
