Upon inspection, every piece of furniture has some form of visible damage or wear. The damage varies from piece to piece and includes scratches, deep scratches, cracks, splintering, chipping, and areas where the painted finish has been scraped or worn away. These conditions are present on multiple surfaces and components of the furniture and are not limited to normal minor surface wear. The wooden frame of the loveseat is visibly damaged, with a significant crack and splintering along the top edge. The wood has split and chipped, with exposed and broken wood fibers and damage to the painted finish. The condition appears to require repair or replacement of the damaged wooden section. Both Side Chairs has visible damage to the wooden frame, including cracking, chipping, and splintering along the top rail. The painted finish has been scraped and removed in several areas, exposing the underlying wood. The damage is clearly visible and affects the appearance and condition of the chair. The chair arm has visible cracking and splintering along the wooden frame, accompanied by scratches, scuffing, and chipped paint. The crack extends lengthwise along the arm and has damaged the finish, exposing the underlying wood. The arm shows clear signs of physical damage and requires repair or refinishing. Side Chair #2 has two deep scratches on the back of the wooden frame. The scratches have penetrated the painted finish and left visible marks in the wood. The damage is significant and clearly affects the chair’s appearance and condition. We are waiting to hear from manufacturer.

We’ve only had this for two weeks and the stain is coming off all over the cushions. Looks terrible!!!!

Nice patio set. Best is it’s appealing. It catches your attention when you are in backyard. Build is ok, the one I had received cracks and a broken part which was fixed by manufacturer. Cushions quality is not something you would want in a 400 set. But it looks really nice.

This set looks very nice and is very comfortable to sit on! Only problem with it was unclear marking of bolts screws!
