One of our loungers just collapsed. What can you do for this failure

After just 2 season, this is happening to the chairs. I called Wayfair to see if they can exchange them and they told me no bc I am 3 months over the warranty. Ridiculous and super disappointed. We store them in the shed for the winter too and take very good care of them.

3 months in and it’s rotted. Don’t buy!!!

I bought 6 of these chairs these and they all freyed at the top and some are breaking at the seat part which I have attached pictures. Very disappointed

Well I loved these chairs. But I have not even had them for a year yet and they are coming apart. We had them covered all winter too. Such a disappointment. We’ve only laid on them a handful of times
