It really does not have a base it is basically setting flat maybe an inch base on it. It’s actually not near as deep as it looks like in the picture you cannot plant a big plant in the middle and a bench on the side because it is not that deep. It’s a very cool looking piece. You just have to be careful with what you do plant in it.

Absolutely stunning on the pedestals of my front entrance. I needed something really big and dramatic and it matches the rusted metal on my driveway gate and fencing around the perimeter. I am looking to putting some metal cactus in them.
