They look as shown in the listing. Easy to put together with two people - took about 40 min. The chair back flexes a bit when sitting in the chair and one of the screws is too long (can scratch the chair back when sitting in it) so we had to cut the screw short but overall good quality for the price.

Wish the directions had been clearer with respect to the way the parts go together. Not a fan of the bare ends of the screws visible. But they do look nice when assembled.
