6-Seat Inflatable Pool Spa with Light - Portable Hot Tub Spa with Remote Control

The overall product is very nice, with the motor/control panel built right-into the siding of the pool itself. On the other hand the so-called instruction booklet that comes with it is pretty much useless. Reason being is that it claims to assist you in setting-up and operating 4 different pool models. IT DOES NOT. When we tried to call customer service (Serenelifehome) on a Saturday, we discovered they were closed. The booklet does NOT provide instructions on how to pump air in this model (the picture inclosed) does not match control on unit. When we did talk to someone, we were told that someone would reach out to us within 24 hours, it has now been 5 days. Further more according to the information on the web-site; this unit was to include CUP HOLDERS, A WATER FALL, AND BUIT-IN SITTING, NONE OF WHICH were included with the unit. Perhaps the WORSE claim of all is the claim that is hold 6 people; they must be talking about barbie dolls because there is NO-WAY IT COULD HOLD 6 PEOPLE. ADDITIONALY, the unit has two filters and what appears to be two connection points however; the booklet does not say if we are to connect both filters or if one is a spare.
