Shipping was not good. I received one chair and ottoman on delivery date. The second chair was 5 days after delivery date and everyday was suppose to be delivered and never dropped off for reasons unknown, I sat for 5 days waiting and nothing. Also, the first chair has a black mark on Thom of the back cushion that is quite noticeable and I have no recourse to resolve this issue.
