I bought this almost a year ago and had it hanging outside all winter (which, yes, was not smart). A high wind storm ripped it off my siding. It hit a metal coffee table, put a dent the table, and then flew into a snow drift where I found it. IT WAS UNDAMAGED! I just had to replace the hanging hardware.
