America's Finest Lighting is proud to provide a Lifetime Warranty that all of its brass lighting fixtures, brass mailboxes and brass house numbers will be free from defects in material and workmanship. This Lifetime Warranty applies to the original end use purchaser and original installation of the brass lighting fixture, brass mailbox or brass house number and is expressly limited to repair or replacement without charge at America’s Finest Lighting’s factory. America’s Finest Lighting’s obligation under this warranty does not extend beyond the initial cost of the product and accordingly, any consequential labor charges or damages arising out of a defect therein are expressly excluded. (Light bulbs, ballasts, LED drivers used in America’s Finest products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty) Patina finishes will naturally mature over time, changing in appearance and creating a living finish. Painted finishes on exterior lanterns, garden lights and mailboxes may naturally fade over time, as they are continually exposed to the outdoor elements. These changes to exterior finishes are considered to be a normal sign of aging. This Guarantee is limited to the repair or replacement at America's Finest Lightings expense. This Guarantee does not cover labor charges and will not apply if the fixture has been modified or damaged during installation or ongoing maintenance.

Warranty Details

Limited Lifetime Warranty Please keep on file with a copy of your original packing slip. America’s Finest Lighting (AFL) manufactures products from durable, corrosion-resistant alloys. We guarantee they will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for life, and that any structural problem will be repaired or replaced at our cost. If there are any problems with your purchase on arrival, please contact us and we will resolve the issue up to full replacement of defective materials. AFL does not issue refunds. Finishes are not covered by this warranty. They are designed to age and mature naturally. As time passes, they will become unique to you as the finish takes on the flavors of your home’s environment. Electrical sockets and components are covered for five (5) years. This warranty is limited to the original end use purchaser and original installation and is limited to the repair or replacement of materials at AFL’s expense. It does not cover labor charges. If your product has been damaged or modified during installation, ongoing maintenance or from the use of abrasive cleaning materials the warranty no longer applies. Customers who wish to make a warranty claim must submit a description of their defective product along with photos to [email protected]. Factory defective returns must receive prior written authorization within ten (10) days of receipt of product. Please call the factory at 888.835.5681 for a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA). AFL cannot accept any returning products for any reason without an RGA number displayed prominently on the shipment (preferably in original packing materials). AFL cannot issue Call Tags for any reason. After receiving the RGA, customer must ship the defective product directly to AFL where the return will be subject to inspection. AFL reserves the right to refuse warranty claims for any items returned which appear to be misused or mishandled or have sustained damage during transit. Customer will be responsible for filing all necessary freight claims with shipping companies. AFL products are made to order—we do not accept returns. Most people settle for second-rate manufacturing when they select home furnishings. You didn’t. AFL products are handcrafted at our Southern California factory and built to outlast all of us. We stand behind that with our full range of products for your home.
