Difficult to clean and get per smell out

Unfortunately, I could not get my toy poodle to use it more than once, even though the building dog park has similar faux grass. She just sat on it and looked at me, even after blotting other doggies scent on the grass to entice her. When washed (in the shower) there was a lot of fallout of grass blades, which I had to catch before they went down the drain. Perhaps this was just a few time situation- I gave it away once I washed it, so do not have more info about that. It looks like real grass. The holes at the bottom let the tinkle drop through to the tray, but all in all, unless you have a walk in shower, or can hose it down outside, it's a bit of a messy process, and difficult to get all the smell out. I used shampoo, perhaps vinegar or another product would have done the trick.

Still using for both my chihuahuas after all this time, perfect size
