I don't understand how this trampoline is getting good reviews around the same time I ordered. Trampoline came defective, we couldn't even finish putting it together. Missing springs, and a couple bolts. The holes in the frame for springs didn't even line up right. I don't think the tarp was even the right size either, as the springs on one side of the trampoline looked overly stretched out. Wayfair sent a replacement. But the replacement ended up being defective as well. Returned both trampolines, which was a whole other headache.

Love love love it. The size is perfect. Only took a couple hours to complete. The jumping space is amazing. Best built, heavy duty frame we’ve had yet. (We’ve purchased a few now thru the years)

I got this trampoline to replace a similar size trampoline. The directions are easy to follow. Took 2 of us about 4 hours to assemble (with breaks and kids “helping”🤦‍♀️). The fiberglass rods for the top of the net were not standardized so the corners could not be put on without adjusting the metal ends with the push buttons to align so we had to take them apart then drill new set screws to put the metal back on. The trampoline has good bounce. But definitely would not accommodate 500lbs as description states. It has a very sturdy frame but the legs are not as sturdy which actually allows the trampoline to move while the kids bounce. It does not come with anchors but they will definitely be needed. I thought I was buying a high end trampoline for a great price. But really I got an okay trampoline for an okay price. I would not buy Upper Bounce again. We got 10+ years with our last trampoline. We will be lucky to get 2-3 out of this one.

This trampoline is very sturdy with a 500 lb weight limit. It was easy to put together because there’s step by step online instructions that talk to you and explain exactly what to do. At least two people recommended. It sits high off the ground so I ordered a ladder because a child’s step stool wasn’t tall enough...
