Add Ons 71'' H Metal Lattice Panel Trellis

This trellis is perfect for my 4x8 garden bed! I'm really impressed with the quality.

My Vego trellis meets my expectations and exceeds it. I was looking for sturdy supports for my new garden bed. I would suggest ordering it when you purchase your Vego raised bed. The assembly instructions are for empty beds. If you have already filled your beds, it becomes quite a production to adhere it at the suggested level. I therefore had to make a few adjustments. Loving the wall trellis! Easily accessible, especially on my 32” beds.

I love the interchangeability of the trellis to fit different bed sizes. Pretty easy to assemble (especially since I had help)!

I loved the idea of how modular this system was, but unfortunately, without emptying and disassembling your bed, you cannot add this trellis. Additionally, the installation instructions for a new bed don’t say “pause here if you are adding a trellis”, so we fully assembled the bed and then couldn’t add the trellis without dumping out hundreds of pounds of soil. I’m literally in tears of disappointment.

The product is clearly superior and sturdy, but the instructions were unclear about how to attach the horizontal rods to the plastic top caps and whether to use the soft plastic gaskets on those connections. It was harder to put together than I had hoped because there were so many pieces.

Attached perfectly to the bed! Only thing is you need to have the bed without dirt for it to go on

Very sturdy and relatively easy to put together once you figure it out. I wish you were able to get different lengths of horizontal rods or if the system get with additional parts so that it could be modified and modular in the same way the raised planter beds are able to be.

I purchased the wall trellis VWT65G2 for a new vego bed 6. 5x3. 5 config. Several of the trellis parts just simply didn’t fit. Some of the bolts for the bottom part of the trellis weren’t long enough for the nut to screw onto whatsoever so I just had to leave them off and hope for the best. Also, the horizontal bars that go in between didn’t fit well. Especially towards the bottom, it took 2 people to really jam them in there and there was no way the rubber circle to keep out moisture was going on there so I left that out too. The poles where we had to jam in are now scratched up so I guess I can’t return this. It wouldn’t be so bothersome if this was a cheap bit of kit, but the fact it’s fairly expensive makes me feel uneasy that things just didn’t fit right
