Works well! Great price. Color fades over time, but otherwise very happy with purchase.

This is the second awning we purchased fromn Wayfair and although it's a bit of a project to put up, is well worth the effort.

I love it ♥️ the qualify and $

Easy install works great. I retract when bad weathers coming so I don’t know how it would hold up in high winds, but it has been good in rain and moderate winds. Water does lay on

"Disappointed" It is not what I had expected. I have to buy "ankers" to hold it up. Ankers use to hold up tents or RV's. It rolls out really low, ankers will have to hold it up in order to function as it is suppose to as shown on the picture
