Speedy delivery. Poor item quality. Took 2 able bodied people over 2 hours to assemble due to misalignment of screw holes, plus parts did not fully abut (align) which meant had to use one of the longer screws/bolts provided. Once assembled discovered seat cushions too big, as per attached photos.

I recently received this 3-person wicker outdoor sofa, and overall, I’m very pleased with my decision. The design is stylish and fits beautifully on my patio, creating a cozy and welcoming environment for family and friends. The wicker material feels durable and seems like it will hold up well against the elements, which is important for any outdoor furniture. Assembly was straightforward, although it does require a bit of time and patience. One thing to note is that the cushions do take some time to fluff up fully. When I first set it up, the cushions felt a bit flat, but after a few days, they started to become more comfortable. If you’re looking for instant plushness, you might be surprised at first, but give them time! Also, keep in mind that the cushion covers aren’t machine washable, so you’ll need to spot clean them, which could be a slight drawback for some. Despite the cushions needing a little extra fluff time, the overall quality and value for the price make this a solid buy. It’s a perfect addition to any outdoor space, especially if you’re looking for something comfortable and attractive without breaking the bank.

This is a beautiful sofa. The cushions are typical for outdoor furniture. They are not super thick but they are ok. They have zippers so you can remove them and clean them. I gave it a four for two reasons. The first is that the cushions are bigger than the sofa. You have to tuck the seat cushions into each other and the back cushions are too big so you have to overlap them. They did fluff up quickly. The second was the directions and the hard to put together components. Holes did not line up, the Allen wrench did not fit the bolts, it was hard to get to the bolts to tighten them, and the directions called for bolt 1 but it was bolt 2. Just make sure you are looking at the size and not the number and you won’t have to waste time tightening the wrong bolt. The cons don’t keep me from recommending this item. I would definitely recommend it. It is made structurally sound and it should last a while.

This outdoor couch is pretty great. It was somewhat difficult to put together because the screws didn’t exactly line up. The cushions also don’t fit flush on the couch frame and are somewhat thin. This isn’t a huge deal because I know that I can eventually replace with better quality cushions. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase.

It's comfy and good sized. The back cushions tend to go flying in the wind so maybe put them away if you live in a windy area.
