The tent works great. It is easy to set-up with just two people, plus there is a video on YouTube on setting it up. The tent is water resistant as a heavy, long rain will eventually penatrate some. Im currently using the tent to cover my deck temporarily but look forward to using it next summer. The tent is height adjustable, so I may lower it during high winds. I did buy sturdier stakes and weights to secure it.

Great for the price. Nice bag to keep it altogether and store. Wheels on the bottom. Needs two people to put up but that is to be expected. Not the heaviest pvc/plastic but I wouldn't expect that given the price. I would recommend if you want this size tent to use a few times a year.
