Our new grill didn’t have the “Sizzle Zone” feature and we wanted to be able to sear meats, so this was a natural choice. We heat up the burner and cook steaks right on the side burner - just a minute a side usually does it. Also great at lower temps for heating side dishes.. Bobfv. Fri Apr 26 2024
