For the sake of better protecting your gazebo, please clear up the snow regularly. Take protective measures when wind speed reaches the rated value. Ground nails are essential to improving stability on grassy surfaces, while expansion screws do the same for cement surfaces. Any problems, we will always be here to help you.

This is an update to my original review this is the following summer after I purchased it. I was unaware of some of the design flaws until after I had it for a little while because we didn't get any real rain until recently. I am going to include pictures of the problems hoping the company will fix the issues because I really like the look of this canopy. The design flaws are the holes they put in on each side of the roof line towards the outer edge which actually penetrates to the inside of the gazebo but also the roof line needs an adjustment made on the design. They need to completely seal off the gap between the cap and the roof itself where the mesh material is. They need to make it one solid piece of fabric so no wind or rain will come in. There's no need for those holes for wind to pass through. The holes that are there are not needed if somebody installs this correctly. Your supposed to secure all four of those legs to whatever platform you're using whether it's in the ground or securing it to your deck but the holes on the roof and the mesh material are letting so much water inside that it isn't providing the service you're paying for. The majority of the water that's being let in is coming from the top cap where the mesh material is, between the cap and the roof line because rain doesn't fall straight down it blows in from the side so everything in the canopy is getting wet. I am going to include pictures of what is happening with the roof. If you will look at these pictures you will see where the water is pooling up on the outer edge of the roof line and unfortunately that water drops inside on at least one side when it becomes too heavy, it might do it on all the sides eventually. It also causes the fabric to become discolored from water sitting there all the time. The only way to keep this from happening is if they add more of the metal elongated brackets in between the brackets they already have present that you see on the roof in these pictures. That will allow for a little more support, so the water rolls off and doesn't pool up in those areas. They also need to make the cap and the roof one piece of fabric with no mesh, so that it doesn't let leaves, rain and debris inside. I love the privacy panels rather than the mesh side walls that was a big reason I purchased it. The other reason I purchased it is because it said it was all weather and can be kept up all year. I mean the whole reason for a canopy is so you can get undercover with your furniture and get out of the weather but that's not happening with this canopy. If they fix these design flaws I would repurchase this item again if it kept all weather out. I should add that on the picture with the eyelet hole you might even see some tape I found to keep the water out. Of course, even that didn't work. I actually wanted a second one of these but didn't get it until I saw how this one held up. Please fix these issues because I like that you can take it down and reset up somewhere else if you wanted.. Christina. Texas. Thu Jun 19 2025
