I am thoroughly impressed with this gazebo! The packaging was excellent, and the quality of both the wood and metal components is outstanding. While the instruction pictures could be a bit more detailed, this minor point doesnt detract from the overall high quality. The way the hardware was organized was particularly helpful. **UPDATE**I have changed my rating from 3 stars to 5 stars! We were contacted in 2 days and a lovely girl called Katrine, speedily resolved our problems! Customer service is top notch and will definitely order from them again!! We were quite happy with the ease of set up but had to straighten 3 bent pieces to make it work! Then after we were all set up, and we sat down under it we looked up and saw a few holes that we most definitely could not have caused!! We were not about to take it all down so we got up there and patched it up a bit so the holes wouldnt get bigger! Overall it works fine but were a bit disappointed in the holes and bent pieces!.
