This daybed is beautiful but it definitely was kind of challenging to put together. Definitely refer to the pictures on the website so you can actually see how things go. It took us all week to put it together, but I put things together wrong so there was a lot back stepping . The first half went great. It was easy. The rest wasn’t as easy as you can tell in the pictures we have not put the umbrella put together yet because we were so frustrated. We decided to take a stopping point. Definitely are going to put on the umbrella. The mat isn’t very thick. It’s probably about an inch inch and a half but is still a great addition to our backyard. I purchased this daybed to add extra seating in my patio. I’m really pleased with the way it looks and comfort. The cushions are nice and sturdy. It was not easy to assemble, some instructions steps were wrong and youll require a friend to help. All parts and tools were included but I suggest getting a tork wrench to help you move faster. It took me 4 hrs to put it together. It will take longer by using the included allen tool. I do have to say that it looks great on my patio. Hopefully it will last long.. Jose. Mon Jun 09 2025

It took a coulple of days to assemble because there were a lot of pieces but it wasn’t difficult. An Allen wrench drill bit for and electric drill would speed the process up.
