I LOVE this set! It works in my space just how I had hoped. It's pretty comfortable and allows us to see over the cars in our first floor condo. We can now watch the boats go by without having to stand up. We use it for dinner for two and when we're not using it we can put the table down though it really doesn't take up much space. I can easily move it around if I want to switch it up. It's very sturdy, feels like it was built for commercial use.
