Great product so far! Install took 4-6 hours. I assembled the top beams indoors the night before which sped up the process. Only took 2 people with a third just for putting up the posts. We love this solid wood pergola, the pergola came in grey however we decided to paint it white and it looks amazing. We have had so many compliments from everyone who comes to our home. It’s very easy to assemble, my sister and I did it together in about 3 hours. The instrucions are terrible very disapointing and one of the top pergola beams were warped and 3 connecting metal pieces ware missing. The item was initially backordered and I was worried I would not receive it at all because when I ordered it the price was so low. However, it finally ship. When it arrived one of the boxes was damaged and one of the posts in that box had a dent in it. Another box had a hole in it and some of the screws needed must have fell out. I reached out to the vendor through Wayfair. At first, they wanted to give me a credit which would do me no good. It looks like it will be a couple of weeks to receive the parts.
