This replaced a similar love seat that was 10 years old and on it's way out, and the price for this love seat was more than half of what I paid for my old one, so I quickly ordered it before the sale ended.
It wasn't too difficult to put together though I feel the instructions could use more wording. It's all illustrated instructions so you have to follow the diagrams with no worded instructions. I goofed up with the feet because 2 of them attach directly to the chair, but the other 2 feet need to have a bracket attached to the bottom of the chair first.
I mistakenly attached the bracket to the outside of the bottom when it should have been placed on the inside so 2 of the feet were higher than the others.
When I was finished, there was no way to attach the 2 pieces to make a loveseat because of the mismatched feet and I initially thought it was a piece of junk lol.....The light bulb finally went off over my head and I realized what I did wrong with the feet and fixed it.
After that, the 2 chair pieces were able to attach perfectly to make a very nice loveseat. So keep in mind about those foot brackets. Wording in the instructions would have really helped from me goofing them up and having to redo them again. Just remember...foot brackets go on the inside of the bottom of the chair so all the feet will be level with each other. It sounds logical, but when you're putting it together, it's easy to attach that bracket wrong.
Once it was correctly finished I really liked it a lot. The cushions are thick and comfortable. My old one had thin cushions and no back ones so having back cushions is a treat. One minor drawback i'd say would be that I wish the back was just a tad bit higher, but i'm 6 ft. tall and for those who are under that height, it will be just fine.
It's very comfortable to sit on and the seat has a nice wide depth and the width is more than enough for 2 people to sit on. I keep it outside in my Florida room and can sit there for hours just looking out at the view. If this lasts 10 years like my old one i'll be very happy.
For the price I paid for this, ($106 with additional 10% off first time customer coupon and free shipping) it's almost a steal. I just wish the instructions were a little easier to follow and had more words rather than just illustrations. Just remember how to correctly attach those feet brackets and you'll get it together just fine. I added a photo of it after finishing it correctly. Hope it helps.. Christopher . Kissimmee, Florida.
