Carista Upholstered Parsons Dining Chair

I wanted to replace some wooden chairs around my formal dining room. I ordered these and I absolutely love them. Sturdy, easy to put together, and they look great.

These chairs are mediocre for the price. Don't expect them to look elegant in a formal dining room. The craftsmanship is poor, and the cheap looks of uneven distribution of padding along the top of the backrest creates visible bumps beneath the fabric, making our house looks like a dormitory. In the end, you get what you pay for. In the age of online shopping, it's difficult to rely on product photos, as they are often heavily edited and not accurately represent the actual item. For bulky furniture, where returns can be costly and inconvenient, consumer protection agencies such as the FTC or Better Business Bureau should consider stronger guidelines regarding product representation in online listings. Best advice: Avoid buying furniture online!

These are beautiful chairs easy to assemble good quality strong my wife and me love them

I’m going to give the chairs five stars, however Wayfair customer service gets one star. Let’s start with the chairs, I needed to update my dining room and ordered six chairs, I opted to assemble them myself, well let me just say, they were a challenge, missing parts (I’ll get to that later) and I literally had to hammer the legs down, they should just slide in and bolt in place but they don’t. But definitely worth the effort once finished & assembled, the fabric is a rich chenille and the colors are beautiful. The chairs are very comfortable to sit in and give plenty of support. My one complaint, leveler pieces for the bottoms of the legs were missing on two chairs, I contacted chat support and went back and forth with one of their reps and basically he did nothing, he wanted pictures of the missing pieces which I was unable to upload and then it was ok, get me those and we’ll send you the missing pieces, absolutely horrible customer service, I just went to the store & bought them myself, so I will just say hope that you don’t have to contact customer service.
