The chairs seem like they would be comfortable if the legs were even. I followed the assembly instructions exactly, e.g., leave all screws 50% screwed in until all screws are in and chair is leveled. No matter what I did, the chairs didn’t become level. When I emailed the address on the box, you know, the one that says “contact us first in the event of problems,” the email bounced back as undeliverable. So far it looks like I’ve wasted several hours on another low quality Wayfair product. Any suggestions for fixing the chairs are welcome. Thanks.
