These are gorgeous! They are also much heavier than I expected. I am used to very light melamine plates, so if that is what you need, then these are not the plates for you. The pattern is gorgeous. I hand wash my dishes and now I am happy to have something pretty to look at while I am washing. I almost downgraded these to a three due to the stickers on each plate that took me hours to remove. So I hope the manufacturer will take note and stop putting stickers on each plate. They arrived nicely packaged with each piece in a plastic baggie and a little foam in between each piece. I highly recommend these!
