About This Product

This round ottoman gives you a spot to kick up your feet and relax after a long day. The lid also flips to reveal a smooth, sleek surface to use as a tray for drinks and snacks. It features a solid and engineered wood frame that rests on four low-profile black cylindrical legs. The size and shape are perfect for what we were looking for. However, the "tray" on the lid was not attached. My husband tried gluing, but because of the "particle board" surface didn't stick. We then used double sided tape and that is holding so far. It wasn't worth returning and reordering.

We do love the ottoman. Mostly purchased to be footrest to a chair intended for reading in the corner of our room. Haven’t utilized the storage area but have considered placing a blanket, books, or crochet projects there for easy access. The fabric is nice but unfortunately seems to be our cats preferred texture for scratching. Despite several scratching posts and trees in the home our two cats have made this piece a bit more “frizzy” than I’d like (however we have utilized a garment/sweater shaver to reduce the look of all the pulled areas).
