My entire experience with this company has been a disaster from start to finish. The items arrived damaged, the shipping process was a circus, and the customer service team made it abundantly clear that helping customers is not part of their job description. After multiple attempts to get the issues resolved, I’ve reached the point where I don’t even want the furniture — not even if they handed me a full refund and begged me to keep it. I will never shop with this company again, and I strongly recommend everyone else avoid them too.

arrived cracked into broken side leg with damaged box. Unable to download pictures of damage, so have to keep. I would not reorder. Wood is not strong. so disappointed. not packed well.
