Terrible experience and product. Arrived more than a moth later. It was in a box that was torn apart. The prioduct was wraped in Saran wrap, no bubble wrap or foam to protect it. The metal soddered circular knob was broken right off. Then I had to fight to get them to return it at no cost!! I will no longer order from Wayfair! Too many issues with poor product, long shipping times and the return policy is the worst. Wayfair has VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I won't miss them!

Would give negative stars if I could. Bought a set and the other piece was damaged in multiple places, the quality is terrible. Wayfair would not cover the return shipping cost for this item since it wasn't damaged (although it was only a matter of time until it breaks). Very disappointing experience all around and probably won't be buying from Wayfair again - headache after headache.
