While this is one of my favorite pans, it is NOT non-stick as promoted. Everything sticks if you dont use oil, butter, or spray. I have NEVER washed it in the dishwasher, so that aint it. Having said that, it washes up easily and is a dream at flipping the contents without a spatula. Just a flick of the wrist!

First time I got a parcel that was very damaged in delivery, but the pan seems to be fine. So I gave it 5 stars. I love these pans by GreenPan. Will get more pan sizes later.
