Just opened the box to install the item since I’ve finished the bathroom and I noticed some stains on it it’s less than a year old still in the box without being used. Not worth the purchase or price. FYI the stains are rust and oxidation

I would rate the quality of this item as a 2.5, mostly due to the connector of the arm that holds the square shower head. It's extremely flimsy and the weight of the square head pulls it down & I'm sure at some point it will eventually snap. There is no internal tube to screw to the wall pipe which would have given this stability. We're going to need to put some form of reinforcement to hold the bar level to support the shower head. Had I known prior to installation by my contractor I would have returned the product and found a different more stable brand.
