" Quiet Morning " 3 - Pieces Painting Print

This was a perfect addition to a bedroom. It came packaged well.

My feelings are very mixed about this trio of canvas prints, and ultimately I would not consider this item worth the $200 we spent for the largest size. First of all, for that price, I would have expected better quality and especially better protection--the canvases were shipped in a very large flat box, with ZERO packing materials or plastic film/cover to protect it from scuffs or from weather. Thankfully it arrived at a time when we did not have rain in the PNW but if it had been, there's no question wetness would have gotten through the box. Already the center frame was warped so that it doesn't sit flat against the wall (see corner photo). Secondly, while there were cardboard corner protectors (only protection in the entire box), this actually scuffed two of the canvas corners, most notably the bottom right of the main center canvas (photo attached), which is highly visible. Also, on the center right and bottom edge of the same center canvas, straight from the box, there was both a minor and a major scuff on the canvas (photos attached), the lower of which is directly in view at all times. Wayfair's only resolution offered was to replace the item (and have me pay to ship back the damaged one), but there was no guarantee that these exact same issues wouldn't occur so I simply didn't bother because of the size and hassle. I would have preferred to get a partial refund or future credit instead, but that wasn't available. Knowing how they don't protect the canvases and damage is likely to happen, I would not buy another print from the website. It's also worth noting that while this specific photograph looks striking from a distance with the mountain reflection in water, there are "hidden" unattractive houses up in the hills when you see it in person (photos attached), especially for the largest size. Perhaps it's less noticeable on the smaller versions, I'm just pointing this out in case that's a deterrent for other purchasers because it was definitely not obvious from the online images. I probably would have looked for a similar composition that was more wilderness if I had seen a closeup. Hope all of this is helpful to others!
