Shipping was efficient, and packaging was beyond expectations. The stools are not terribly comfortable, as the fingers do push into you your back, so you cannot really sit fully back. One of the two purchased had a base that was quite uneven, and pads had to be placed to even it out so the stool would not rock back and forth. It is advertised as 'clear coat flat' finished, which may very well be true, however, the appearance is raw wood. They are quite unique and a great conversation piece.
