About This Product

Seats that rock, tilt, and swivel allow for freedom of movement and encourage good posture and alertness while learning and working. This movement stool features a cushioned foam seat that provides added comfort while sitting. The curved rubberized base helps keep the stool upright on hard or carpeted surfaces. The seat height adjusts from 17.7" to 23.6" with the push of a button to accommodate a range of users; it requires a minimum of 105 lbs. to adjust the seat down. The active chair is designed for everyday use in a school, home, or office. These functional stools are a fun way to provide extra seating in any learning space. Great stool! My 9 year old kids love it. The stool is very sturdy and high quality. The cushion is durable and very comfortable. Easy to raise or lower seat (for an adult, minimum weight requirement). Balances well and not easy to tip over. Gives my ADHD kid the ability to move while working, keeping their focus on tasks. Highly recommended, I’m thinking of getting one for myself!

I am pleased with my wobble stool, which I plan to use playing cello, as I needed a portable stool that tilts. (I have a larger wobble stool for home, but it is not portable.) I am an adult, and the seat is just barely wide enough. The cushion is overstuffed which makes the seat higher in the middle, and I probably should have purchased the flat seat, but hopefully the stuffing will compress a little over time. The wobble is just enough to allow me to comfortably shift my seating position when I need to. I have two cellos that are slightly different in size and I am thrilled to be able to adjust the height of the stool to match the cello I am playing.
