This blender has been the best investment. I use it mainly for my protein drinks but I will be expanding my use to smoothies etc. My first blender I left at my son's house so I will have it there when I am there. My granddaughter really likes it she makes smoothies with it.

I started with just smoothies, so quick. I've made salad dressings (emulsifies great without streaming in oil), pulverized spices and nuts and seeds ( including flax and hemp). If you want to chop nuts you have to be vigilant to make sure the don't turn to flour. Cleaning is a cinch -I just put some hot water in the blender cup a drop or two of dish soap and blend for 30-60 seconds.
