Solid structure and looks amazing do to exquisite assembly team. It was done in 2.5 hours and they arrived 2 hours before actual time expected. Unfortunately removing the plastic was a problem and did cause some structural damage by the assembly team. I would definitely advise to make sure you completely take off the plastic before you assemble it yourself or decide on using professional installation. Once the parts sit in the heat without taking off the plastic completely off it will definitely get damaged the roof frame if you try to take off once assembled. Otherwise it’s a solid and descent design and some people may opt to keep the plastic on but in extreme heat your are basically staring at duct tape all over the roof it’s looks more appealing on the website because the plastic was definitely completed removed. Lastly the hooks inside are definitely strong and durable to hold a ceiling fan. I’m currently waiting for a peaceful resolution I tried to order the replacement roof but currently on back order hopefully it’s easier to just order a brand new pergola.The only things that took a a couple of hours was doing the dissemble by my myself to get a brand new replacement or order another design. Hopefully there will be some compensation for this disaster. But again customer service has been very nice and responsive and hoping to get this resolved today to enjoy the yard.

I’m really enjoying my Gazebo. It took three days and two people but it was worth it

Putting this together was a nightmare. There was 24 pieces to the roof and each one had a very thin plastic coating that had to be peeled off. It took us hours to do this. There also was no written instructions, just pictures to follow which was confusing. On the plus’s side all the pieces were marked and received. It came out nice when we were done. If your not handy than this would be difficult to put together.

This looks great in my yard. Very sturdy and no leaks when it rains!

I love my new gazebo. It’s the same color as my home. It’s also very sturdy. It was a great buy!!
