Poor packing of the legs caused the bottom to be ripped up. Good thing it is on the inside and not noticeable or it would be returned. Shame on the company!

This was perfect! I got exactly what I was expecting for the price.

It's not a corduroy fabric, it's a striped textured fur. The storage compartment lining was ripped and had a white residue. I contacted Wayfair customer service via the form. I did the customer service chat with 4 AGENTS!!! Got nowhere, just the run around. I was told 'A request for a replacement would be submitted ", never received any reply. Contacting PayPal, Better Business Bureau as I did my part to resolve this.

I LOOOOOVE IT!!!! I waited forever it seems like for this to get here. Shipping took a little longer than expected, but probably because of the holiday season. But it was so worth it just waiting for it to fully expand
