Love, love the chair but unfortunately it had to be replaced as it would not function. Wayfair was very supportive of the issue and I have a new functioning chair! I still love it

Excellent powered recliner for the cost! Heat and massage features are lovely, but timer is unable to be extended in duration. Happy with purchase.

Assembling was easy. It is stylish and comfortable. We purchase it for surgery recovery and it is working well! After this use it will be great for crocheting and reading a good book.

This was the first item I bought from wayfair, and it was defective angel. After going back-and-forth several times they finally refunded me my money. Well, I also took a chance on buying a water fountain for a $150, which also turned out to be defected and the paint started peeling off the item after Too.\n Much I purchased 2 items in my life from white there. And both of them were defective and junk. I would not recommend or purchase any items from wayfair. Because the items they sell are defective and junk and aint worth the effort purchase. Go elsewhere where you'll get quality items.
