Matte finish darker gray heres a picture of it in sunlight next to a light gray outlet cover thats also matte finish. The picture makes it look like theyre pretty far apart and in real life. They are not exact match but they blend in pretty well. The top is metal but the bottom is plastic and the lever to open and close the damper can sometimes be tricky.

These are ok for the price. The inside part is plastic and already broke on most so can’t close the vents now

Just the perfect size for under counter vents!!!! Work great!

These registers worked out so well. They just pop in place as a standard size and the mat finish is very nice without being too flashy. It was a nice finishing touch to my new kitchen.

Will do fine for what I needed, but the quality is just OK.
