I did have to order the optional plate so it could be installed which I didn't realize until the plumber arrived to install it, so we had to have him over twice. Ordering the plate was simple and straightforward and the customer service was excellent. The installation was a breeze for the plumber but I did note that he had some trouble because the tightening nut was up against the hoses which made it difficult to turn but with some patience he was able to get it tightened. Once installed the faucet is a welcome addition to the kitchen. The features are easy to figure out. The sprayer is push button controlled and it slides out with ease, has a weight under the sink so it returns to its magnetic holder with no problems. The stainless steel is a beautiful finish. It is easy to clean and I look forward to using it for many years.

Water temperature is easy to control, and the head comes out easily for spraying- it magnetically is held in place, so no need to carefully snake the hose back in. It is easy to clean. Most importantly- it is easy to install, very well-written directions with good pictures means that anyone who is comfortable with tools (and by comfortable, I mean familiar with them, not that they know the ins and outs of the various pipe fitting sizes) can install it! Highly recommend!

This kitchen faucet is superb it is made of high-quality stainless steel. It is a professional style faucet and is very heavy duty. This will last anyone a lifetime. The installation was very easy to do they gave you really good instructions on how to install it, we had it installed within an hour. If you have a sink with 3 holes you will need the base plate and the baseplate is perfect and made of the same high-quality stainless steel. I would highly recommend this faucet for anyone who wants something that will last you forever it is the best on the market!
